Code of Conduct
Although having fun is a key part of what we do, it is important all of the below guidelines are adhered to for the benefit of all students.
-
Always be ready for class to begin
-
Always ensure you are wearing the correct clothing and footwear and that your hair is tied back neatly and securely
-
If you are feeling unwell or have any injuries, always tell the teacher
-
If you need any medication, long-term or short-term, always inform the teach and have the medication with you (clearly labelled with your name)
-
Class placement is at the discretion of the teacher, age is only a guide
-
Work for your own goals within each class, do not let others affect you
-
All class queries should be directed at our Admin team
-
Fees should always be paid by the first class of the term to ensure your place. Late payments (after three weeks) will incur a 10% charge
-
Regular termly Private Lessons are booked and prepaid and are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a Private Lesson we will try, if possible, to 'swap' a lesson with another student who is also attending Private Lesson
-
Casual coaching classes require 24 hours notice to cancel, failure to do this will make you liable for the cost
-
Notice of half a Term or fees in lieu is required if you wish to cease attending classes
-
In Time Dance hold the right to rearrange or cancel any classes
-
Our teachers are qualified and experienced, please respect their decisions and instructions
-
Enjoy yourself!
These guidelines are suggested to help you enjoy class and achieve your own personal goals within In Time Dance.
